The breakfast buffet at this place was amazing! They had a wide variety of food that catered to different tastes. I enjoyed it so much that I had two cups of their delicious coffee. The staff in the morning restaurant were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The manager even greeted me multiple times, which was a nice touch. The hotel had a modern and stylish design, both in the lobby and in the rooms. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the polite and funny receptionist who even offered me a refreshing welcome drink. the staff here deserves more than 4 stars for their excellent service.

Located just in front of a bus stand, the hotel is also close to Batavia area. The room has a nice smell and is relatively new. the breakfast served has excellent quality.

The shower water temperature is very inconsistent, which can be very disturbing and uncomfortable for guests.

The venue is big size and clean with a reasonable value and courteous staff. The breakfast with Eastern selections and various meals, for example is absolutely fantastic for what is offered. The location is central, short walk to the old Jakarta, the Port, the Dutch center, the Museums, Chinatown, Batavia-old square, one of the major tourist attractions in Jakarta, and a Transjakarta bus station which is convenient and cheap to get around.

its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from china town market was great and unbeatable. the breakfast was incredible on locals, with variety of food. everyone who worked there was courteous and nice.

During Thanksgiving, we stayed in a relatively new hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing us with complimentary drinks upon arrival. The location was great, with plenty of local eateries nearby. We particularly enjoyed the fresh and pleasant smell throughout the hotel.

We did experience some issues during our stay. The WiFi was initially difficult to access, which was frustrating.

The hospitality at this hotel was great! We were pleasantly surprised with the traditional welcome drink and snack that were offered upon arrival. we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a variety of dishes to choose from. One of the best aspects was the early check-in availability which allowed us to rest after a long flight. The location was convenient too as it was close to shopping centers.

the food at one of the restaurants was underwhelming, with the Tom Yam Goong soup lacking flavor. While the infrastructure around the hotel needs attention, the hotel itself was comfortable and provided a calm oasis within the busy city.
